摘　　要：针对车轮成品检查的磕碰伤问题,结合现场工况条件,设计一种新的液压翻轮机,并在实际中应用。通过详细分析平稳翻轮机构的机械、液压系统,对装置原理进行了详细的介绍。In view of the parts injury problems in wheel product inspection, combining with the working conditions of the scene, a new design of hydraulic turning device for wheel was proposed. The mechanical system and hydraulic system of the stable turning wheel mechanism were analyzed, and the hydraulic principle of the device was analyzed in detail.
