摘  要:滑移装载机的行走系统和工作装置一般采用液压驱动,主控制阀集成了先导溢流阀、补油溢流阀、压力补偿阀、梭阀和节流孔等元件。介绍某型滑移式装载机工作装置液压系统的工作原理,指出该系统在工作中动臂和铲斗存在的故障现象,分析可能产生故障的原因并给出解决措施:在压力补偿阀外控油路上增加节流孔,在反馈通道上产生延时,从而改变反馈信号的相位。结果表明:在滑移装载机上实施改进方案后,动臂和铲斗在各种工况下的振动现象已经消除,测试液压系统的压力和流量,波形平稳,无振动。Hydraulic drive system is widely used in propel system and working device of skid steer loader, the main control valve integrates pilot oil overflow valve, relief valve, pressure compensation valve, shuttle valve and throttle element. The hydraulic diagram and working principle of a certain type of skid steer loader were introduced, it was pointed out that arm and bucket were in fail- ures of vibration while worked, then the possible causes to vibration fault were analyzed for troubleshooting. A solution to solve this kind of problem was presented, that was increasing throttle on the outside circuit of the pressure compensation valve orifice to produce delay in the feedback channel, thus the phase of the feedback signal was changed. The resuhs show that after implementing the improvement plan on the slide loader, vibration of movable arm and bucket under various conditions has been eliminated, the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are stable and vibration is eliminated.
