摘 要:过大的反向间隙严重影响数控车床的加工精度。根据加工路线分析出数控车床加工精度超差的原因是X轴的反向间隙过大,再对反向间隙过大和电机负载过大两个原因进行故障排查,发现刀架和丝杆的机械形变是反向间隙过大和电机负载过大的根本原因。分析了加工精度超差的真正原因,详细阐述维修过程及方法,并提出一些维修和加工建议。Excessive backlash seriously influences machining precision of CNC lathe. The cause of poor machining precision was excessive backlash of X axis through analyzing the machining route. Aiming at excessive backlash and too much load of the motor, trou- bleshooting was made. It was found that mechanical deformation of turret' s table and ball screw was the real causes of excessive back- lash and too much load. The real cause of poor machining precision was analyzed, maintenance process and ways were illustrated, and suggestions about maintenance and machine were presented.
