摘 要:目的观察UF-100尿沉渣分析法在尿液RBC、WBC检验中的应用价值。方法我院2014年2月-2016年8月门诊及住院患者资料中抽取700份作为研究对象。分别以UF-100尿沉渣分析法及显微镜检实施尿液检查。比较两种检查方法在尿液WBC、RBC检验中的应用价值。结果 UF-100尿沉渣分析法检测WBC的灵敏度91.09%,特异度为92.96%,诊断准确率为92.57%;检测RBC的灵敏度87.97%,特异度为84.48%,诊断准确率为85.14%。结论 UF-100对尿液WBC、RBC检测具有快速、操作简单等优点,然而易受到诸多因素的影响,特别是对尿液RBC诊断准确率较低,必要时应优先考虑使用显微镜检实施检查,UF-100尿沉渣分析法仅作为初期筛查,不可作为最终检查结果。Objective To explore the application value of UF-100 urinary sediment analysis in testing urine RBC and WBC. Methods 700 outpatients and inpatients from February 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subject. The UF -100 urine sediment analysis and microscopic examination were performed. The application values of the two methods in testing urine RBC and WBC were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy rate of WBC detected by UF - ]00 urinary sediment analysis respectively were 91. 09%, 92.96% and 92.5% and the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy rate of RBC respectively were 87.97% ,84.48% and 85.14%. Conclusion The UF - 100 urinary sediment analysis in testing urine RBC and WBC had the advantages of simple, fast and easy operations but was affected by many factors and the urine RBC diagnostic accuracy was low. If necessary, the priority should be given to the use of microscopic examination. The UF - 100 urine sedi- ment analysis can be chose only as the initial screening, not as the final examination results.
