摘  要:通过对单向皮带滑轮组接合以及分离过程中的受载特点进行了理论分析,得出该类构件结构性能的相关结论,并对该类构件影响因素进行了分析。在此基础上,基于有限元理论,借助于ANSYS Workbench建立了单向皮带滑轮组的有限元计算模型,研究了不同摩擦系数对单向皮带滑轮组各个部件承载的影响,分析了单向皮带滑轮组的工作过程中的接合、分离特性。并与传统的赫兹理论计算结果及有限元计算结果进行了对比,证明了该有限元模型的正确性。以上研究成果对设计、优化单向皮带滑轮组的工作特性具有指导意义。The Overrunning Alternator Pulley force characteristic in the process of bonding and separation was analyzed on through theoretical analysis ,Some correlative conclusions about structural performances was obtained and the factors of component was also analyzed in the paper. Finite element computing model of the OAP was established by using of software ANSYS Workbench, and impact on the function of varying factor of friction is discussed of OAP engagement during in the process of bonding was studied with ANSYS Workbench. The engagement characteristics of OAP were analyzed. Compared with the traditional Hertz theory results and the result of finite element analysis, the validity of the FEM is verified the results show that it is important to the further study of the design and the engagement characteristic of OAP.
