摘　　要：根据开元煤矿具体条件,经过技术经济比较,确定了15号煤层开拓方案,达到投资少、达产快,提高矿井经济效益的目的。According to the concrete condition of Kaiyuan Colliery, and after the comparison of technical economy, the development plan of No. 15 coal seam was determined. It aims to obtain the goal of less investment, fast reaching target output, and improve economic benefits of the mine.
