摘  要:为了探究镉胁迫下垂柳生长和生理特性的变化,以垂柳枝条为对象,采用水培方式,设置Cd Cl2浓度分别为0(对照组)、10、50和100μmol/L 4个处理组,研究不同程度的镉胁迫对垂柳生长、不同器官对镉、铁、锰的吸收及部分生理特性的影响.结果表明:低浓度的镉胁迫(10μmol/L)不会影响垂柳的生长,高浓度的镉胁迫(50和100μmol/L)则会抑制垂柳的生长,而且随着镉处理浓度的增大抑制作用增强.镉主要富集于垂柳的根系中,其次是叶和新茎.随着镉处理浓度的增大,锰在垂柳不同器官中的含量降低.铁含量在低浓度Cd处理下呈增加趋势,当镉处理浓度达到50μmol/L时铁含量达到最大值,镉处理浓度进一步增加时铁含量下降.随着镉处理浓度的增加,垂柳叶和根中的H_2O_2、MDA一直呈增加趋势,叶中的可溶性蛋白含量随Cd处理浓度的升高而增加,根中可溶性蛋白含量则是先增加后降低.To explore the change of growth and physiological characteristics of Sdix babylonica L. exposed to the Cd stress, the cutting shoots were cultivated in the nutrient solutions added with CdCl2, the concentrations of which were 0, 10, 50, 100μmol/L separately. The impact of different degrees of Cd stress on the growth condition, the uptake and accu- mulation of Cd, Fe and Mn in different organs, and some physiological characteristics of S. babylonica were investigated. The results showed that the low Cd concentration ( 10 μmol/L) will not influence the growth of S. babylonica, while the high concentrations (50 and 100 μmol/L) will inhibit the growth ofS. babylonica, and the inhibiting effect increased with the enhancement of Cd concentrations. Cd mainly accumulated in the roots of S. babylonica, and secondly accumulated in the leaves and new stems. The content of Mn decreased with the increase of Cd concentrations. The content of Fe showed an increasing trend when the Cd concentrations were lower, and gained the climax when the Cd concentration was 50 μmol/L. when the Cd concentrations increased furtherly, the content of Fe decreased accordingly. The contents of H2O2, MDA and soluble protein in leaves always increased with the enhancement of Cd concentrations. While the soluble protein in roots increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Cd concentrations.
