泄漏对船用辅汽轮机溢流阀静态特性的影响

摘　　要：为掌握船用辅汽轮机溢流阀的使用特性,通过合理简化,建立了流体力学方程,采用解析的方法研究了泄漏对溢流阀特性的影响。计算结果表明:泄漏使得整定压力稳定,降低润滑油压力;整定压力的降低可以减小泄漏的影响;泄漏在机组启停时影响更严重。研究工作有助于机组的试验工作。In order to obtain the operational characteristics of the pressure relief valve of marine auxiliary steam turbine, the fluid dynamics model equations are set up by reasonable simplification. The leak effect is studied by analytical means. The results show that the leak makes the setting pressure stable, reduces the lubricating oil pressure, the low setting pressure alleviates the leak effect more serious at the start and stop time. The research work contributes to the test of unit.
