2015年呼和浩特市居民死亡原因分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2015年呼和浩特市居民的死亡原因,掌握死亡疾病谱,为制定相关卫生政策提供科学依据。方法:对2015年呼和浩特市居民报告采用ICD-10编码进行分类,计算粗死亡率、标化死亡率,主要死因的顺位及构成比,期望寿命等指标。结果:2015年呼和浩特市居民粗死亡率为425.80/10万,标化死亡率为356.27/10万;其中男性粗死亡率522.62/10万,标化死亡率364.33/10万,女性粗死亡率为327.08/10万,标化死亡率303.24/10万;死因顺位前5位疾病依次是心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病及损伤中毒;死亡率随着年龄的增长而增长;心脏病死亡率127.40/10万,恶性肿瘤死亡率为93.38/10万,呼和浩特市居民期望寿命为79.82岁,其中男性78.31岁,女性82.68岁。结论:循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤是呼和浩特市居民的主要死因,应开展以一级预防为主的慢性病防治社区健康教育,提高基本公共卫生服务水平,降低慢性病死亡率。Objective：To analyze the death causes of Hohhot in 2015, and master the diseases mortality nosology, prevent the preva- lence and progress of effectively, and provide scientific basis for the formulating of relevant health polices. Methods：The residents report of Hohhot in 2005 were classified by ICD-10 codes. The crude mortality rate, age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese population, the sequence and proportions of the main death cause and the average life expectancy were calculated. Result ：The crude mortality rate of Hohhot in 2005 was 425.80/10^5. And The standardized moaality rate was 356.27/10^5. The crude mortality rate for male was 522.62/10^5and the standardized mortality rate was 364.33/10^5. The crude mortality rate for female was 327.08/10^5 and the standardized mortality rate was 303.24/10^5. The top five causes of death were heart diseases, cancer, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, injury and poison. The death rate is growing with age ; the death rate of heart diseases was 127.40/10^5, and the death hate of cancer was 93.38/10^5. The average life expectancy of residents in Hohhot in 2015 was 79.82 years old （78.31 years old for male and 82.68 years old for female）. Conclusion：Circulation system diseases and cancer are the main moaality causes of inhabitants in Hohhot. The primary prevention of chronic diseases prevention and control should be carried out, to carry out various of community health education, and raise the level of basic health services and reduce disease mortality.
