摘 要:三级电液伺服阀是可控震源振动液压系统中的关键部件,其功率级是液力转换的执行部分,该部件的性能将对可控震源的振动性能产生直接的影响。本文针对阀芯零位开口重叠量这一因素对可控震源低频出力产生的影响进行仿真分析。得出该因素主要通过影响伺服阀零位附近流量的线性度,进而对可控震源出力产生影响的结论。阀芯零位开口重叠量为正重叠时,可控震源出力将出现"凹坑";阀芯零位开口重叠量为负重叠时,可控震源出力将出现"尖峰";阀芯零位开口重叠量为零重叠时,可控震源的出力最为理想。Three stage sever valve is the most important part of the Vibrator's hydraulic shaking system, the main stage of the servo valve is used to transform hydraulic pressure to vihroseis output, the performance of this part will have an effect on vibroseis's performance. This article analyses the relationships between overlap at zero position of the spool and vibroseis's low-frequency output. The result is the factor will change the linearity of the flow at zero position and the vibroseis's low-frequency output. When the overlap is positive, the sweep signal will have a pit, when the overlap is negative, the sweep signal will have a peak, and when the overlap is zero, the sweep signal will be the most best.
