摘　　要：系统梳理了塔里木盆地油气勘探"六上五下"的历程,通过梳理发现塔里木盆地前五轮勘探没有取得重大突破的主要原因是受物探工作不到位和宏观政治经济环境的影响,第六轮勘探取得重大突破的主要原因在于物探和钻探技术的发展,以及经济发展所带来的油气需求增加。塔里木盆地油气勘探所取得的突破在研究油气成因机理方面具有重要的科学价值,加强相关研究不仅有助于盆地下一步的油气勘探,而且对相关基础理论的澄清也具有推动作用。Systematically sorting out the ＂6 on and 5 off＂ process of oil - gas exploration in Tarim Basin, the study found out that the main reasons why the first five rounds of oil - gas explorations in Tarim Basin didn get any major breakthrough are the inadequacy of geophysical prospecting and the influence of macro political and economic environment, while the main reasons why the sixth round of exploration got the major break- through are the development of geophysical prospecting and drilling exploration technologies, as well as the in- crease of oil - gas demands because of economic development. It also demonstrated that the major breakthrough of oil and gas exploration in Tarim Basin has some scientific value in the research of oil - gas genesis mecha- nism, so strengthening relevant study can not only contribute to the further oil exploration under the basin, but also promote the clarification of relevant fundamental theory.
