数字化前后采油厂员工人力资本存量的比较研究

摘  要:以中石油、中石化3个采油厂的281名员工为研究样本,构建采油厂员工人力资本存量评价指标体系,采用AHP计算指标权重、主成分分析法量化指标,计算数字化前、后员工人力资本存量的评价值并进行分析,发现采油厂数字化后员工非体能要素对于生产的重要性大幅上升,员工现有人力资本存量不能满足数字化生产的需要。提出数字化后采油厂提升员工人力资本存量的对策建议。Based on the samples of 281 employees in three different land oil extraction plants from Pet- roChina and Sinopec, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of human capital for employees in oil ex- traction plant, calculates the index weight by AHP, quantifies the index by the Principal Component Analysis, and computes and analyzes the evaluation values of human capital stock before and after the digitalization. It is found out in the above study that non - physical factors of employees in oil extraction plant have become more important for production after digitalization, so the existing human capital stock of employees can't meet the needs of digital production. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the human capital stock of the staff after the digitalization are put forward.
