专业家庭护理服务在非住院老年急症骨折患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察专业家庭护理服务在非住院老年急症骨折患者中的护理效果。方法纳入120例老年急症骨折患者,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组进行常规康复指导训练与护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加中医穴位按摩每日睡前Delphi法构建的穴位表30min后,进行30min防治睡眠障碍穴位按摩方法。通过微信平台分早、中、晚三次强化功能练习,每次30min,共1个月。在受伤时和1个月后分别采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(the rating scale of health selfmanagement skill for adults,AHSMSRS)进行测评。结果 1个月后,观察组在睡眠、焦虑、抑郁、疼痛、健康自我管理能力测评较受伤时较好(P<0.05)。对照组抑郁状况较受伤时严重(P<0.05),疼痛状况较受伤时减轻(P<0.05)。结论专业家庭护理服务在非住院老年急症骨折患者康复护理中可以更好的促进患者的身心康复。Objective To explore rehabilitative nursing effect of community erders in tangshan city of emer- gency bone fracture. Methods A total of 120 pations with bone fracture were divided into the control group（ n = 60） and the experimental group （n = 60 ）. The control group received conventional rehabilitative nursing, and the experimental group received nursing of traditional Chinese medicine, aeupoint massage, the high- frequency acupuncture points table has been formed based on Delphi method. 30min each time before go to bed. Rehabilitation exercise was divided into ealy, middle and late three times syne with We- Chat. It was used to evaluate function of Hamilton Anxiety Scale { HAMA ）, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and the rating scale of health selfmanagement skill for adults（AHSMSRS} befre and 1 months later. Results One month later, the anxiety and depression, sleep,heal selfmanagement skill,pain were bet- ter than experimental group（P〈0.05）. The control group was more depressed than the before（P〈0.05） , the pain was reduced than the before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Profession family nursing can rehabilite the body and mind of community erlders with emergency bone fracture.
