摘  要:目的分析承德地区常住人群泌尿系统结石的主要化学成分并对尿石症患者提供健康护理指导。方法对218例泌尿系统结石患者进行红外光谱法分析结石中的主要化学成分等并给予患者健康护理指导。结果承德地区常住人群中钙和草酸盐泌尿结石最多。钙、草酸盐、碳酸盐、磷灰石和尿酸盐泌尿结石男性比例多于女性。磷酸盐、铵和镁结石女性比例多于男性。结石复发率较高。健康护理指导能有效的预防结石形成及减少结石复发。结论泌尿系统结石的主要化学成分与性别和患者所处地区的环境有关。健康护理指导对预防结石形成具有重要的指导意义。Objective To analyze urinary stones main components of Chengde area resident population and provide health care guidance to patients with urinary stone disease. Methods In 218 cases Of patients with urinary tract stones, the main chemical composition was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and then given health care guidance for the patients. Results Calcium and oxalate urinary stones of Chengde area resident population were most. The proportion of calcium, oxalate, carbonate, uric acid salt of apatite in urinary stones was more in men than that in women, but the proportion in phosphate, ammonium, magnesium of stones was more in women than that in men. Stone recurrence rate was higher. Health care guidance could effectively prevent formation and reduce stones recurrence. Conclusions The main chemical composition is relevant to the regional environment with patients of urinary tract stones. Health care guidance to prevent stone formation is of important guiding significance.
