摘　　要：弓形虫病是一种世界性的人兽共患寄生虫病,可引起孕妇流产、死胎,儿童生长发育受阻及家畜高热、繁殖障碍性疾病等,给世界养猪业造成很大危害。猪弓形虫病目前尚无特效治疗药物和方法,加强养殖环节对该病的预防控制措施,提高猪产品中弓形虫检测技术水平,是预防和控制该病的关键。文章综述了猪弓形虫病最新实验室检测方法研究进展,以期为兽医科研工作者和广大养猪业主更好地防治该病提供参考。Toxoplasmosis is a worldwide zoonotic parasitic diseases. It can cause miscarriage, stillbirth, child growth retardation and livestock fever, reproductive disorders, and cause great harm to the pig industry. There is no specific treatment drugs and methods for the porcine toxoplasmosis. It is the key of prevention and control of the disease by strengthening the breeding areas for the prevention of the disease control measures, improving the level of detection of Toxoplasma gondii in pig products. It was reviewed the research progress on detection methods of porcine toxoplasmosis new laboratory in this paper, in order to provide reference for the veterinary scientific research workers and the majority of pig owners better of preventing and treatmenting this disease.
