摘　　要：介绍了废玻璃回收和利用的现状,针对目前对碎玻璃清洗装置的设计及计算机仿真研究较少的情况,使用Solid Works软件建立了不同螺距的碎玻璃清洗装置的三维模型,将建好的该模型导入离散元分析软件EDEM中,分析对比螺旋的螺距对碎玻璃清洗装置的影响,从而优化结构参数。This paper introduces the present situation of discarded cullet recovery and utilization. According to the less research about the design and the computer simulation of the cullet washing device, the three-dimensional model for the culler washing device with different pitch was shaped by using SolidWorks, which is used for analy- zing and comparing the influence of variable pitch of the device so as to optimize its design parameter after the three-dimensional model was applied to the EDEM.
