摘  要:为深入分析四辊板带轧机支撑辊滚动轴承列间载荷分布和板凸度变化规律及两者的关系,利用自主设计的滚动轴承力、温综合测试装置,对实验室四辊板带轧机支撑辊各列圆柱滚子轴承的径向载荷分布、轧后轧件的横向厚度分布和板凸度进行了检测分析。分析结果表明:轴承各列径向载荷随压下率和轧件宽度的增大而增大,轴承列间载荷呈"M"型分布;轧件轧后板凸度随压下率增加先增大后减小;压下率相同时,随轧件原始厚度的增加而增大,随轧件宽度的增加先减小后增大又减小。研究结果可为板带轧机滚动轴承的使用和板形分析模型的建立提供有益参考。In order to analyze the relationship between radial load distribution of the roller bearing of backup roll and the plate crown and the variation law, the force and temperature testing equipment was established. The e- quipment consists of a backup roll with two combined bearing blocks and a data acquisition system. The radial load of roller bearing of the bottom backup roll on both drive and operate sides was measured. The transverse thickness distribution of rolled piece was measured and the plate crown was obtained. The analysis results show that radial load of roller bearing increases with the increase of plate reduction ratio, width and the original thickness. The dis- tribution of radial load of roller bearing of different columns is in an "M" style. The plate crown firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of plate reduction ratio, but increases with the increase of plate thickness. However, plate crown firstly decreases, then increases and lastly decreases with the increase of plate width, the in- fluence of which is more complex. The experiment results are beneficial to the roller bearing usage and the shape analysis model establishment of strip mill.
