摘  要:北京来广营西桥桥区积水治理工程出水井基坑临近既有建筑物,基坑开过程中采取地表土层加固+格栅钢架+网喷混凝土+钢管支撑的支护措施,根据监测信息跟进支护施工,形成动态管理,减少了开挖施工对土体的扰动和对既有建筑物的影响,将基坑变形量及附近房屋的沉降控制在允许范围内。The discharging well foundation pit of Beijing Laiguangying West Bridge water accumulation treatment project is adjacent to existing building, so surface soil stratum strengthening plus grid steel frame plus mesh pneumatically placed concrete plus steel tube support combination measure was adopted during foundation pit excavation. Support construction was carried out according to supervision information and dynamic management was formed to reduce the influence of soil disturbance on existing buildings due to excavation. Foundation pit deformation and settlement of adjacent buildings were controlled within the allowable range.
