公安警卫部队非致命性武器训练探究

摘　　要：非致命性武器在减轻负面影响、减小附带毁伤、缓和警卫形式方面具有较大应用价值。针对公安警卫部队非致命性武器训练存在的对训练重视程度有待加强、训练基础条件有待完善、训练实战化水平有待提高等问题,提出非致命性武器训练与法律素质培养相结合、加强实战化训练、针对地区特点开展训练等对策,以进一步加强非致命性武器训练工作,提升非致命性武器训练水平。Non - lethal weapons have a great value in reducing negative effects and collateral damage and alleviating the tension in VIP protection. After analyzing the problems existing in non - lethal weapon training, such as more at- tention shall be attached to the training, the basic training condition shall be improved, and the level of actual com- bat training shall be enhanced, this paper proposes some countermeasures, including integrating non - lethal weapon training with legal study, strengthening actual combat training, and carrying out the training according to the charac- teristics of different regions, so as to strengthen non - lethal weapon training and improve the level of training.
