摘  要:Sasobit是温拌沥青改性技术中一种有效的改性剂,Sasobit温拌沥青混合料具有拌合及压实温度低、和易性好、路用性能优良等特点,被广泛应用于道路工程和桥梁铺装工程中。文章主要研究Sasobit改性剂对温拌沥青拌合料的拌合及压实温度的影响,并选择不同的改性剂添加方式,探讨干拌合湿拌工艺对Sasobit温拌沥青混合料拌合性能的影响。结果表明,Sasobit改性剂可使温拌沥青混合料的拌合温度降低10℃左右,并能够有效降低拌合料压实温度,改善拌合物的和易性,此外湿拌工艺相比干拌工艺对成型温度影响较大,但二者均可达到温拌效果。Sasobit is an effective modifier in warm-mixed asphalt modification technology, Sasobit warm-mixed asphalt mixture has the characteristics of low mixing and compaction temperature, good workability and excellent road performance, thus it is widely used in road engineering and bridge pavement works. This article mainly studied the effect of Sasobit modifier on the mixing and compaction temperature of warm-mixed asphalt mixture, selected the different modifier adding meth- ods,and discussed the effect of dry-mix and wet-mix process on the performance of Sasobit warm- mixed asphalt mixture.The results showed that Sasobit modifier can reduce the mixing temperature of warm-mixed asphalt mixture by about 10 ~C, and can effectively reduce the compaction temperature of mixtures and improve the workability of mixtures.In addition,the wet-mix process has a greater influence on the molding temperature compared to dry-mix process, but both can achieve the warm-mix effect.
