摘　　要：中国人口正处在急剧老年化时期。近年中国人口平均预期寿命逐渐提高,但老年人生活自理能力却随着年龄增长而下降,社会和国家养老资源在养老硬件设施发展上跟不上中国老龄化的速度。互联网+居家养老模式能在一定程度上缓解养老资源不足的问题,在详细整理老人需求、亲属需求、政府需求、现状等多方面的问卷调查基础上,研发一种新型养老服务O2O模式,适应当前环境的养老模式发展,并在一定程度上解决养老问题。The Chinese population aging has been increasingly serious so that the problem of care for the aged needs urgently to be overcome. Under the background of Internet plus, this paper explores a new O2O home-based retirement service mode in our country by integrating society, government and community resources and optimizing various resource configurations, so it has a certain referential significance to promote the marketization of retirement service and the development of retirement service industry.
