摘　　要：计算机网络故障在具体的划分上有很多种,其中最为普遍的分类是计算机网络物理故障、计算机网络逻辑故障等。诱发因素通常有病毒、不安全的网络环境、恶意攻击、管理维护不到位等,这些因素将会直接或间接导致计算机网络故障的发生。本文将对计算机网络故障的处理与维护进行深入探究,并给出有效的问题解决方法。There are many kinds of computer network failure, the most common of which includes computer network physical breakdown, network logical fault and so on. The reasons are usually viruses, unsafe network environment, malicious attacks, or inad- equate management and maintenance. These factors will directly or indirectly lead to network failure. This paper researches on the treatment and maintenance of computer network failure, and gives the effective methods to solve the problems.
