摘 要:[目的]建立复烤片烟中水溶性糖和烟碱含量的近红外速测定量模型。[方法]基于近红外光谱法,选取各等级片烟样品共284个,使用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建模,定量分析贵州主要产区的复烤片烟中的水溶性糖(总糖、还原糖)和烟碱含量。人工确定光谱区间为9 002.45~4 069.19 cm^(-1),采用一阶导数结合Savitzky-Goly(SG)平滑滤波进行光谱预处理。考察了模型精密度,并将标准方法和近红外方法测得的结果进行了对比。[结果]复烤片烟中的总糖、还原糖、烟碱3种成分预测模型的相关系数r分别为0.996 8、0.987 2、0.9951,交互验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.354、0.558、0.067。[结论]模型精密度良好,2种方法不存在显著差异,近红外方法适合烟草中的水溶性糖和烟碱快速定量分析。[ Objective] To establish near-infrared quantitative model for detection of water-soluble sugar and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco. [ Method] Based on near-infrared spectroscopy, a total of 284 samples were selected, and partial least squares (PLS) model was used to establish model, soluble sugar( total sugar, reducing sugar) and nicotine content in tobacco in Guizhou were quantitatively analyzed, the spectral range was determined as 9 002.45 -4 069.19 cm-1 , spectral pretreatment was conducted by using first-order derivative and Savitzky - Goly (SG) smoothing filter. The precision of the model was investigated, the results obtained by standard method and near-infrared method were compared. [ Result] The correlation coefficients of total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine in tobacco were 0.996 8, 0. 987 2, 0. 995 1, RM- SECV were 0. 354, 0.558, 0. 067 respectively. [ Conclusion] The precision of the model is good, and there is no significant difference between the two methods. The near-infrared method is suitable for the rapid quantitative analysis of water-soluble sugar and nicotine in tobacco.
