摘 要:目的:探究藏红花素对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠胸主动脉环舒缩功能的影响及其可能的机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠腹腔注射STZ诱导糖尿病模型,另设正常对照组。模型形成12周后,取正常组和模型组大鼠胸主动脉制成胸主动脉环,观察不同浓度藏红花素对胸主动脉环张力的影响并探究其可能的影响机制。结果:糖尿病状态下大鼠胸主动脉环舒张功能减弱,藏红花素能呈剂量依赖性舒张正常组内皮完整的胸主动脉环,且高于模型组,降低胸主动脉环的收缩张力,而L-硝基精氨酸(NLA)能减弱其舒血管效应。结论:藏红花素能改善糖尿病大鼠胸主动脉舒缩功能,其机制可能与内皮功能和一氧化氮有关。Objective: To investigate the effect of crocin on the vasodilation function of thoracic aortic ring in diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and the underlying mechanism. Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely normal group and diabetes group. Diabetic model was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. After the model was successfully established for 12 weeks, thoracic artery of each rat was taken to research the effect of crocin on the vasodilation function and the underlying mechanism. Results: The vasodilation function of thoracic aorta in diabetic rats was weakened, crocin showed dose-dependent relaxation of endothelium-intact thoracic aorta in normal group and displayed better effect than that in diabetes group. The vasodilatory effects could be reduced by Nitro-L-arginine (NLA). Conclusion: Crocin can improve vasodilation function of thoracic aorta in diabetic rats, and its mechanism may be associated with endothelium and nitric oxide (NO).
