摘　　要：描述了1例主动脉夹层患者在急性降压期运用乌拉地尔静脉微泵降压的过程,治疗中根据夹层的降压目标以及患者血压、心率、不良反应,调整乌拉地尔泵速,患者降压效果较好,心率平稳,不良反应少。乌拉地尔在急性主动脉夹层中运用静脉微泵降压的剂量调整方案可供临床参考。This article describes the use of transvenous urapidil by micro pump in decreasing blood pressure during the acute phase of aortic dissection in one case. The pump rate was adjusted flexibly according to blood pressure, heart rate and adverse reactions, as a result, the patient＇s blood pressure was well controlled with a stable heart rate and fewer adverse reactions, the dose adjustment of urapidil might provide some clinical reference.
