摘 要:冷旋压成形(二步法)技术已广泛地应用于压力容器封头的制造。复合钢板封头的冷旋压成形不仅冷作硬化倾向大,而且易开裂或撕裂、产生剥离等。经过装备、技术提升和多年的经验积累,压力容器用爆炸焊接复合钢板封头的冷旋压成形技术已经成熟。对采用真空焊接轧制复合工艺开发的基材为Q345R、覆材为S30403的轧制复合钢板进行冷旋压成形工艺性试验,验证了轧制复合钢板冷成形工艺性及其对基材力学性能、工艺性能和覆材耐腐蚀性能的影响以及消除应力热处理对覆材耐腐蚀性能的影响。The cold spinning (two-steps practice) for pressure vessel head had been widely used in pres- sure vessel manufacturing. Cold hardening, cracking or stripping and etc. in cold spinning of clad plate head shall be considered in spinning process. The cold spinning processing for explosion cladding plate is now a mature technique after accumulating of experience, and improving of equipment and technique for many years. The cold spinning experiment in this article is with vacuum rolled clad plate manufactured, base metal Q345 R and clad metal $30403, to research the clad plate cold forming process and its effect on base metal mechanical properties and processing properties, and clad metal corrosion resistance proper- ties, to test the effect of heat treatment on corrosion resistance properties of clad metal.
