摘　　要：对第一废热锅炉管束的制造工艺进行详细介绍,结合设备结构特点及材质特点分析管束制造技术难点,从原材料采购、管板加工、外管管帽焊接、部件热处理、外管胀管工序等方面制定技术规范和要求,保证制造质量,最终成功完成设备制造。The manufacturing process of the first heat recovery boiler tube bundle was introduced. Tech- nology key points are analyzed by the characteristics of equipment and material. Through the raw material purchasing,manufacturing of tubesheet, welding of cap, treatment of parts and expansion process of out- ube,we make technical specifications and requirements. Technical specifications and requirements are made to ensure the quality of product forms during the manufacturing process.
