摘　　要：根据四喷嘴气化炉烧嘴接管的结构特点与技术要求,分析烧嘴接管的装配和加工上的技术难点,将烧嘴接管的八角垫环槽精加工列为关键工序,通过工艺技术研究,选取合适的数控加工设备和设计专用非标刀具,并针对加工过程中发现的问题加以改进,最终取得了较好的加工效果。Based on the structure of nozzle nozzle of four nozzle gasifier, the technical difficulties of assem- bly and machining of nozzle nozzles were analyzed, finishing machining of octagonal ring groove was main- ly studied, the suitable NC machining equipment was selected and special non-standard tool was designed, the problems found in the machining process were improved, finally the better machining results were achieved.
