摘  要:并联电容器是重要的无功补偿装置,具有调节系统电压,改善电能质量的作用。但经常出现电容器损坏的现象,电容器装置故障率偏高,影响电网的安全运行。并联电容器故障一般是从内部串并联元件中个别元件的异常、故障开始逐步演化的。为改善电容器运行状况,将电容器保护与监测功能进行整合,利用继电保护装置采集电压电流信息计算电容值,在保护装置中增加基于电容值变化的保护和监测功能。并增加记录电容器谐波分布、瞬时过压过流工况自动录波、电容容量变化记录功能,为电容器故障诊断提供诊断依据。所提出利用电容器线路参数特征的电容值计算方法有很高的普适性,实际利用继电保护装置进行电压电流提取具有较高的精确度,并且计算电容值误差很小,满足保护与监测要求。记录的谐波含量、过压过流、电容值变化信息对电容器故障的研究有较高的应用价值。Shunt capacitor is used as a reactive power supply device, which has the function of regulating the system voltage and improving the quality of the power supply. However, damages often occur in shunt capacitor and cause the failure. The high failure rate of the capacitor and the occurrence of multiple burst and group of injury problems could result in significant grid - voltage fluctuation as well as active power and reactive power loss, and meanwhile, it could reduce the capacitor service life, and then eventually affects the safe operation of the power grid. In order to improve the operation reliability of the shunt capacitor, the capacitor protection and monitoring function are integrated, and the capacitance value is calculated by the voltage and current information collected by a relay protection device. And the functions such as recording the capacitor harmonic distribution, instantaneous overvoltage and over - current condition automatically, and capacitance capacity change, are provided which lay a basis for the fault diagnosis of the capacitor. The proposed method by using capacitor line parameters for capacitance calculation has extensive applicability, and the actual use of the relay protection device for voltage and current extraction is of high accuracy with small error in calcu- lating the capacitance value, which meets the requirements of protection and monitoring. The recorded harmonic consist of the information of over - voltages, over - currents, and change of the capacitance value, so it also has great value for the research of capacitor fault.
