离子液体与醇二元双水相体系萃取盐酸四环素的研究

摘  要:建立了亲水性离子液体1-丁基3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸[Bmim]BF4和正丙醇与Na H2PO4二元双水相体系萃取盐酸四环素.讨论了盐浓度、[Bmim]BF4浓度、正丙醇的用量、p H对盐酸四环素分配行为的影响,并采用响应曲面法(RSM)对实验条件进行了优化.研究表明,在[Bmim]BF4浓度为91.93%,Na H2PO4浓度为35.38%,正丙醇加入量为1.11 m L的优化条件下,盐酸四环素的萃取率为96.80%.Binary aqueous two-phase system that is the hydrophilic ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazole tet- rafluoroborate[ Bmim] BF4 and n-propanol and NaH2PO4 was established, then applied in the extraction and separation trace tetracycline hydrochloride. The influence factor on distribution behavior of tetracycline hydro- chloride were discussed,including concentration of salt, concentration of[ Bmim ] BF4, n-propanol and pH, the experimental condition was optimized by response surface method. The study showed that when the concentra- tion of[ Bmim] B F4 is 91.93% ,the concentration of NaH2PO4 is 35.38% , the amount of is 1.11 mL, the ex- traction rate of tetracycline hydrochloride is 96.80%.
