碘盐标准调整后淮安市居民户碘盐监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析淮安市盐碘标准调整后居民户碘盐的监测结果,适时了解并且掌握本市居民户食用盐的含碘状况,也是及时提供科学的调整干预策略并且采取针对性防治措施的依据。方法根据"《淮安市碘盐监测方案》"对本市2012-2016年的居民户食用盐进行采样,用(GB/T 13025.7-2012)中的直接滴定法和仲裁法等方法进行检测,根据GB26878-2001的标准进行结果判断。结果 2012~2016年累计监测盐样12000份,我市碘盐覆盖率全部高于99%,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均高于98%,盐碘中位数在28.8~24.1mg/kg区间呈下降趋势。每年不同水平的盐碘构成差异有统计学意义(χ~2=452.64,P<0.001)。结论淮安市近5年盐碘质量较稳定、含量总体上是适宜和安全的,政策落实比较好。Object By analyzing results of Huai’an iodized salt standard after adjustment, to understand and master residents’ iodized salt status in time, and also to provide timely adjustment of the scientific intervention strategies and take measures for prevention.Methods Select samples under ＂Huai’an iodized salt monitoring program＂, using direct titration method and arbitration method from（ GB/T 13025.7-2012）; Making the judgment of salt iodine samples of Huai’an residents collected by random sampling method from 2012 to 2016 under the GB26878-2001 standard. Results Among a total of 12 000 monitoring salt samples from 2012 to 2016, coverage rate of iodized salt in all is above 99%, qualification rate of qualified iodized salt and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt are both 〉98%, median salt iodine in the range of 28.8 ~ 24.1 mg is decreasing. Different levels of salt iodine composition each year are statistically significant（χ~2= 452.64, P 〈0.001）.Conclusion The quality of iodized salt in Huai’an city in recent 5 years is stable and the content is suitable and safe, and the policy has been well followed.
