摘  要:氟弹性体的性能与填充剂的选择息息相关。研究了8个选用不同无机填充剂的胶料配方的物理机械性能。介绍了配方的详细组成和混炼条件对胶料的流变性能、拉伸强度、定伸强度、那撕裂性能、耐老化性能、交联密度、加工性能等主要性能的影响。分析认为用白炭黑作为无机填充机具有较好的性能。The performance of fluorine elastomer is closely related to the choice of filler. The physical mechanical properties of formulation of 8 different inorganic fillers were studied in this paper. The effect of detailed composition and mixing conditions of formulation on the rheological properties, tensile strength, tensile modulus, tear properties, aging resistance, crosslinking density and the processing performance were introduced. The analysis suggests that silica as an inorganic filler has better performance.
