摘　　要：医学是一门实践性很强的科学,一名合格的临床医生不仅要有扎实的理论知识,更要有过硬的实践能力;实习是医学生向医生转化的关键阶段,如何保证临床实习顺利完成,提高临床实习教学质量,是临床教学的重要任务,对培养合格医学人才具有十分重要意义。Medicine is a practical science,as a qualified clinical medical student not only have solid theoretical knowledge but also excellent practical ability .Practice is the key stage for medical students to transform doctors.How to ensure the successful completion of clinical practice and improving the teaching quality of clinical practice,which is an important task of clinical teaching and it is great significance to cultivate qualified medical talents.
