摘　　要：在供给侧结构改革背景下,经济形势和发展方式发生了改变,企业对人才特别是商科人才的需求发生了改变。因此,作为地方高校的商科人才培养如何适应企业的需求,无疑商科人才培养模式的改革成为了地方高校商科人才培养研究的重要课题。本文从供给侧结构改革背景下地方高校人才培养的特点入手,分析了当前地方高校商科人才培养中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了适应经济发展要求的我国地方高校商科人才培养模式改革思路,为推进商科高等教育的发展及其服务地方经济社会具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。On the supply side structure reform background,the economic situation and development mode has changed,the enterprise demand for talents especially business talents has changed. Therefore,as a business personnel training of the local colleges and universities how to adapt to the needs of the enterprises,business personnel training mode reform undoubtedly become the important subject of local university business personnel training research. This article from the supply side structure reform under the background of the analysis on the characteristics of local university personnel training,the analysis of the current local business personnel training in universities are the main problems,on the basis of this puts forward the local colleges and universities in China to meet the needs of the economic business talent training mode reform train of thought,to promote the business development of higher education and its local economic and social service has important theoretical significance and application value.
