摘　　要：本文结合我国城市可持续发展战略,从行业需求方面分析了城市地下空间工程专业人才培养现状,根据我校城市地下空间工程专业实际情况,提出基于校企协同、产教融合、实战化的城市地下空间工程专业应用型人才培养模式,以进一步完善专业人才培养方案,为应用型本科院校城市地下空间工程专业人才培养的改革创新奠定基础。Combirfing with the strategy of sustainable development of our city,this paper analysis the current talent-cultivating situation of urban underground space engineering from the aspect of industrial demand. According to the actual situation of＂ urban underground space engineering in our school,this paper proposes the applied-type talent-cultivating models in the urban underground space engineering based on the collaboration of schools and enterprises,the integration of production and education and the actual combafion in order to complete the professional talent-cultivating scheme and lay the foundation of the reform and innovation of talent-cultivating about the urban underground space engineering in the applied academies.
