摘 要:目的研究不同^(60)Co-γ射线辐照剂量对清热去浊丸中橙皮苷含量的影响,为清热祛浊丸提供合理的灭菌方式。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-2%冰醋酸水溶液(V∶V=33∶67)为流动相,检测波长284 nm,建立HPLC含量测定方法测定清热祛浊丸中橙皮苷的含量,并将橙皮苷作为代表成分,通过测定不同^(60)Co-γ射线辐照剂量对清热祛浊丸中橙皮苷含量来评价^(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌对清热祛浊丸有效成分的影响。结果不同^(60)Co-γ射线辐照剂量灭菌,清热祛浊丸中橙皮苷含量基本无变化。结论^(60)Co-γ射线辐照可以作为清热祛浊丸的灭菌方法。Objective:To study the influence of ^60 Co-γ irradiation sterilization on the content of Hesperidin in Qingre Quzhuo Wan,and to provide a reasonable method of sterilization for Qingre Quzhuo Wan. Methods:ODS-3 C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-2% Glacial acetic acid solution(V∶ V = 33∶ 67) with UV detector. At the defection wave length of 284 nm HPLC method determination of the content of hesperidin in Qingre Quzhuo Wan was established and hesperidin was used as representative composition. The measuring of different ^60 Co-γ irradia-tion dose of dispelling hesperidin content in Qingre Quzhuo Wan was used to evaluate ^60 Co-γ irradiation sterilization effect on active ingredients of dispelling turbidity. Results:At different doses of ^60 Co-γ irradiation sterilization,Qingre Quzhuo Wan content of hesperidin had no change. Conclusion:^60 Co-γ irradiation can be used as the sterilization method of Qingre Quzhuo Wan.
