规范化疼痛护理在膝关节置换围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化疼痛护理在人工全膝关节置换围手术期的应用效果。方法把60例手术患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行规范化疼痛护理,对照组进行常规疼痛镇痛,并通过术后第7天疼痛评分以及患者出院时满意度进行结果评估。结果实验组患者第7天疼痛评分明显降低,满意度较对照组明显提高。结论规范化疼痛护理能有效缓解患者膝关节置换术后疼痛,是值得推荐的一种方法。Objective：To discuss the effects of standardized pain nursing on the patients with total knee replacement （TKA）. Methods：Sixty patients after total knee total knee replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group were treated with standardized pain nursing and the control group were treated with routine analgesia. The pain score and satisfaction survey to patients after operation at the seventh day were performed to evaluate the effect. Results：The pain score in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group and patient satisfaction was significantly improved. Conclusion：Standardized pain nursing is a method that obviously relieves the pain after TKA,which is worthy of recommending.
