摘 要:为了开展煤矿用非金属材料抗静电性能直接法检测技术研究,建立一套静电火花试验系统,重点地研究分析典型环境因素(温湿度、瓦斯浓度、球形间隙)条件下静电火花引燃瓦斯气体(即甲烷-空气混合气体)所需的静电电压变化规律。结果表明:引燃瓦斯气体所需静电电压随着温度的升高而持续降低;随着湿度增加而增加。得出了此试验系统引燃瓦斯的敏感间隙在1.5~2 mm之间和敏感甲烷浓度为9.5%~10%,验证了试验系统的可靠性。In order to study direct detection technology of antistatic properties for non-metallic materials used in coal mine, an electrostatic spark test system was designed, and the change law was analyzed emphatically about the electrostatic voltage required by electrostatic spark igniting methane gas (i.e. methane-air mixture) under typical environmental factors (temperature, humidity, gas concentration, spherical gap). The result showed that the electrostatic voltage required by methane gas ignition decreased continually as the temperature rising and increased with the increase of humidity. It was obtained that the sensitive gap of gas ignition was 1.5 to 2 mm and the sensitive methane concentration was 9.5% to 10% through this test system, which verified the reliability of this test system.
