摘　　要：清代云南教育获得显著发展,但人才区域分布差异明显、参差不齐。依据各府州科举人才绝对数量、人才与户口、人口比值以及人才地理密度来综合评价区域内教育水平,反映出区域教育之间的差异。地理环境、政治发展、社会风气、传统教育资源是影响人才分布的重要因素。Yunnan＇s education had made remarkable development in the Qing Dynasty. However, there was significant difference in the regional distribution of talents. The regional education quality is assessed comprehensively in terms of the absolute number of imperial examination talents, their registered permanent residence, population ratio and geographical density, which indicates the hierarchy in regional education. The study shows that the talents distribution in the Qing Dynasty is mainly influenced by geographical environment, political development, social atmosphere and traditional educational resources.
