摘 要:目的通过集合HCV-RNA RT-PCR的方法,对宁夏丙型肝炎年发病率估算。方法采用50∶1、10∶1、1∶13级集合HCV-RNA RT-PCR方法及用于Pooling估计丙型肝炎年发病率的公式进行发病率估计。结果收集血浆共1 210份,2次采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体阳性170例,抗体阳性率为14.1%;集合检测HCV抗体阴性样本共计1 040例,最后检测到HCV-RNA阳性样本36例,丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)年发病率为5.1%~8.7%。结论采用Pooilng方法对高危人群发病率预估是行之有效的。Objective To estimate annual incidence rate of HCV in Ningxia by pooled HCV RNA RT - PCR. Methods Pooled HCV RNA RT - PCR of 3 - staged pooling was taken by 50 : 1. 10 : 1 and 1 : 1 based on the formula to estimate incidence of hepatitis C virus(HCV). Results 1 210 cases of plasma were collected, 170 cases were the antibody positive in two detections by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA), and the positive rate of antibody was 14.1% ; 1 040 cases of negative HCV antibody were detected, and 36 cases were HCV - RNA positive, the incidence rate of annual HCV was within 5. 1% - 8.7%. Conclusion It confirms that estimation for the incidence of high - risk population by pooed HCV RNA RT - PCR is effective.
