摘  要:目的评估血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)和尿调节素(UMOD)对慢性肾病(CKD)的诊断价值。方法样本来自于51例CKD患者和30例健康对照者。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清RBP4和UMOD含量;采用全自动生化分析仪检测胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(CREA)、尿酸(UA)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)以及24 h尿蛋白(PRO)含量。结果血清RBP4含量高于对照组,UMOD含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清RBP4与urea、CREA及CysC呈正相关(P<0.01),而血清UMOD与这3种指标呈负相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示RBP4和UMOD在诊断CKD的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.734和0.951。结论联合检测血清视黄醇结合蛋白4和尿调节素对慢性肾病具有一定的诊断价值。Objective To discover the diagnostic value of sera retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) and uromodulin (UMOD) in chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods The sera samples were collected from 51 patients with CKD and 30 healthy controls. The contents of RBP4 and UMOD were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) ; cystain C( CysC), urea, ere- atinine( CREA), uric acid( UA), total protein( TP), albumin(ALB) and 24 hours urinary protein(PRO) were examined by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results RBP4 level was significantly higher, while serum UMOD level was significantly lower than the control group, with the differences statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). Serum RBP4 was positively related to serum ure- a, CREA and CysC(P 〈 0.01 ), while serum UMOD was negatively related to the three biomarkers(P 〈 0.05 ). Receiver oper- ating characteristic(ROC) analysis showed that area under the curve(AUC) of RBP4 and UMOD were 0. 734 and 0.951, re- spectively. Conclusion The combined detection of RBP4 and UMOD could be usable for CKD diagnosis.
