摘 要:目的了解衢州市非生产性农药中毒的特点,为农药中毒防治提供科学依据。方法对衢州市2006年-2015年非生产性农药中毒病例进行汇总统计,使用SPSS 18.0软件进行分析。结果衢州市2006年-2015年共报非生产性农药中毒2 914例,死亡168例,死亡率为5.77%,自服病死率(7.03%)高于误服病死率(1.94%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25.95,P<0.01);中毒者男女之比是1∶1.05,主要集中在35岁~44岁;全年均有病例发生,误服病死率第2、第3季度高于第1、第4季度,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.56,P<0.05);全市6个县区中江山市报告病例数最多,共上报645例(22.13%),开化县病死率最高,为10.90%。结论衢州市非生产性农药中毒危害严重,以自服农药为主,有关部门应加强监管,制定有效的控制措施。Objective To understand the features of non - occupational pesticide poisoning in rural area in Quzhou, so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of pesticide poisoning. Methods The statistical analysis was conduc- ted on the incidence data of non - occupational pesticide poisoning in Quzhou from 2006 to 2015, and statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS 18. 0 software. Results 2 914 non - occupational pesticide poisoning cases were reported during 2006 - 2015, of which 168 patients died(5.77% ). The mortality rate of self - intake(7.03% ) was higher than the accidental death rate( 1.94% ), the difference were statistically slgmficant(X =25.95, P 〈0. 01 ). Female patients were more than male pa- tients. Most patients occurred in people aged 35 -44. The cases occurred all year round, with a mortality rate of the second, third quarter higher than that of the fourth and the first quarter, the difference were statistically significant (X2 = 4.56, P 〈 0.05 ) ; pesticide poisoning rate of Jiangshan (22.13%) was the highest, a total of 645 cases (22.13 % ) were reported, and the highest mortality rate was 10.90% in Kaihua. Conclusion The non -occupational pesticide poisoning is a serious problem in Quzhou city. The relevant department should strengthen the supervision and inspection on pesticide, and the effective prevention and cure measures should be taken.
