摘　　要：选取故县水库性成熟的西伯利亚鲟鱼作为亲鱼,采用人工技术对4尾雄性及6尾雌性西伯利亚鲟进行人工繁殖。催产前将亲鱼雌雄分开暂养,并且将水温逐步提升到15~16℃。经过人工催产,4尾雄鱼通过人工挤压腹部顺利排精,6尾雌鱼通过微创手术获得成熟卵子,再通过人工授精、脱粘、孵化,共获得受精卵61.5万粒,鲟鱼稚鱼58.2万尾,受精率89.98%,孵化率94.5%。The mature Siberian sturgeons were selected from the reservoir of Guxian County. Four male and six female Siberian sturgeons were used for artificial propagation. The parent fishes were separately cultured before induced spawning and the temperature of culturing water was gradually raised to 15-16℃. After induced spawning, four males were squeezed abdomen to obtain the sperm, and six females were carried out minimally invasive surgery to obtain the eggs. Then, by artificial insemination, unsticking and hatching, 615,000 embryos and 58.2 million juveniles were obtained, and the fertilization and hatching rate were 89.98% and 94.5% respectively.
