银屑病PASI评分系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：本文基于Access数据库开发了银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分系统,该系统依据国际通行的银屑病皮损面积及严重程度的评价方法 PASI进行设计,医生使用本系统可以轻松录入并自动计算获得PASI的评分分值,减少了以往医生手动记录数据并计算PASI分值的繁琐程序,提高了工作效率和准确性。利用本系统还可以记录并跟踪银屑病患者的病情治疗情况,提升银屑病患者的治疗效率和治疗质量。该系统已经过测试,并能够正常稳定地运行。This paper develops the psoriasis area and severity index （PASI） scoring system based on the access database. According to the international common used PASI evaluation method of psoriasis skin lesions area and sever- ity degree, this system is designed. By using this system, doctors can easily input data and automatically calculate the score of PASI, which reduces the tedious procedures that doctor manually recorded data and calculated the score of PASI previously, improves the doctor＇s work efficiency and accuracy. This system can also record and track the treat- ment status of psoriasis patients, improve the treatment efficiency and quality of psoriasis patients. This system has been tested and can run normally and stably.
