活血散对急性软组织损伤的修复作用及其消炎止痛效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究林如高老先生的经验方活血散对急性软组织损伤的消炎止痛效果及其对损伤软组织的修复和治疗作用。方法采用56只小鼠为实验动物,雌雄各半,随机分组时各组小鼠均为雌雄各半。取16只小鼠,随机分为模型对照组(8只)和活血散治疗组(8只),通过二甲苯耳廓肿胀法观察活血散的消炎作用;取16只小鼠,随机分为模型对照组(8只)和活血散治疗组(8只),通过醋酸扭体法观察活血散的止痛效果。24只小鼠造急性软组织损伤模型,随机分为活血散治疗组(12只)和模型对照组(12只)两组,分别在治疗后2、4 d每组随机抽取6只小鼠(雌雄各半),于麻醉后切取损伤处皮下及肌肉组织进行组织学观察。结果活血散治疗组小鼠的耳廓肿胀程度明显轻于模型对照组(P<0.05);活血散治疗组小鼠扭体次数明显少于模型对照组小鼠(P<0.05);活血散治疗组骨骼肌细胞修复进程明显早于模型对照组。结论活血散具有较好的消炎止痛效果,可加快急性软组织损伤的修复进程。Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Powder of old Mr.LIN Ru-gao on acute soft tissues injury and its effect on repair and treatment of damaged soft tissues.Methods Experimental animals were 56 mice,half of male and female.Each group of mice were half of male and female.16 mice were randomly divided into model control group（8 mice） and Huoxue Powder treatment group（8 mice）.The anti-inflammatory effect 0f Huoxue Powder was observed by xy- [erie auricle swelling method;16 mice were randomly divided into model control grotlp （8 mice） and Huoxue Powder treatment group （8 mice.half of male and female）.The analgesic effect of Huoxue Powder was observed by acetic acid writhing method.24 mice were randomly divided into two groups：the group （12 mice） and the model control group （12 mice）.Six mice （half of male and female） were randomly selected at 2 and 4 days after treatment,and the subcutaneous and muscle tissues were taken at the time of anesthesia to observe the histological.Results The degree of ear swelling in mice of Huoxue Powder treatment group was significantly lighter than that in model control group （P〈0.05）.The number of writhing in mice of Huoxue Powder treatment group was significantly less than that in model control group （P〈0.05）.The repair process of skeletal muscle cells in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the model control group.Conclusion Huoxue Powder has a good anti-inflammatory analgesic effect,which can accelerate the repair of a- cute soft tissue injury process.
