固本止崩汤结合针灸治疗气虚型崩漏的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察固本止崩汤结合针灸治疗气虚型崩漏的临床效果。方法将2014年11月~2016年8月在我院中医科就诊的60例门诊气虚型崩漏患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组予以固本止崩汤,结合针灸(隐白、中极、三阴交、关元)治疗7 d。对照组予以安宫黄体酮8 mg,每8小时1次,每3天减1/3量,共9 d后停药。观察两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果治疗组患者的有效率为93.33%,低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固本止崩汤结合针灸治疗虚型崩漏的效果较西药好,安全性好,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Root-Securing Flood-Stanching Decoction combined with acupunc- ture in treatment of qi-dificiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Methods 60 patients with qi-dificiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treated in our hospital from November 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in the treatment group were given Root-Securing Flood- Stanching Decoction combined with acupuncture （Yinbai,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan） for 7 days,and those in the con- trol group were given 8 mg of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate,once every 8 hours,decreasing for 1/3 every 3 days,totally for 9 days to stop drug.The effective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reaction and the recurrence rate between tWo groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment was 93.33% in the treatment group,which was lower than that in the control group,but showing no significant difference （P〉O.O5）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the treat- ment group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group （23.33%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Root-Securing Flood-Stanching Decogfion combined with acupuncture in treatment of qi-dificiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is better than western medicine,and it has a clinical promotion value.
