摘  要:根据静电除尘的原理,提出一种通过改装避雷针,清除城市雾霾的方案。在雾霾天气情况下,让改装的避雷针通过接闪器尖端在雾霾大气中释放负电,使得空气中的可吸入颗粒物荷上带负电,通过静电感应,被地面吸附,从而快速清除雾霾,在较短的时间内让城市中的空气得到净化。以沈阳市为例计算,PM2.5值为200时,1h清除约含245t可吸入颗粒物的雾霾,约需用电10 000度,见效快,成本低,值得推广。还可以用于空气传播流行病毒的城市卫生防疫工作。Based on the principle of electrostatic precipitation,aprogram for clearing the haze in city with a modified lightning rod is proposed in the paper.In the haze weather,the modified lightning rod can release negative charges in the fog and haze atmosphere through the tip of the lightning reciever,which can charge the inhalable particles in the air with negative charges,and then the particles can be absorbed by the ground via electrostatic induction.With this the particles can be,the haze can be removed quickly,so that the city air can be purified within a relatively short period of time.In Shenyang City,for example,when the value of PM2.5is at 200,about 245 tons of inhalable particles in the haze can be removed within 1hours,and only 10 000 kilowatt hours are needed.Moreover,the technology has the advantage of quick effect,low cost,so it is worth popularizing.The technology in the paper can also be used for the work in city health and epidemic prevention from spreading the epidemic virus via air.
