摘  要:随着医学技术的不断发展,疫苗从问世到现在一直被认为是控制,预防和消除感染性疾病中最有效的措施之一。由于寄生虫独特的生物学特性,相对病毒和细菌而言它们更复杂,它们有着更丰富的基因组,多阶段的生活史和抗原的多样性,所以针对寄生虫病疫苗一直处于在研阶段。本文通过检索近几年国内外学者针对疟原虫、阿米巴、弓形虫、隐孢子虫等寄生虫病疫苗新的研究成果,总结了其中有可能成为新型候选疫苗位点的研究进展。As medical technology continues to advance, vaccines have become one of most effective measures to control, prevent, and eliminate some infectious diseases. Due to their unique biological characteristics, parasites are much more complex than viruses and bacteria for vaccines are available. Their genomes are much larger than those of viruses and bacteria and they have multi-stage life cycles, which viruses and bacteria do not have. Therefore, parasite vaccines are still in the research stage. This paper reviews recent domestic and foreign studies on vaccines against parasites such as Plasmodium spp. , Entamoeba histolytica, Toxoplasma gondii, and Cryptosporidium spp. and it summarizes advances in research into potential vaccines.
