摘 要:针对D1842936N1Q1航空发动机主轴滚子轴承高速重载的应用工况,提出一种将轴承拟静力学分析和热弹流润滑分析相集成的数值算法,打破二者在各自领域的局限性,以提高轴承数值计算的精确度。通过对集成分析和试验的最小膜厚对比可知:集成分析与试验数据基本相同,证明算法可行。并通过数值算法分析了航空发动机主轴滚子轴承的滚子数量、滚子有效长度和径向游隙对弹流润滑膜厚和温度的影响。According to the application condition of high speed and heavy load of D1842936N1 Q1 aircraft engine spin- dle bearing, an integrated numerical algorithm containing quasi - statics analysis and thermal elastohydrodynamie lubri- cation analysis is put forward, which break the limitation of the two in their respective fields and improve the accuracy of the numerical calculation. The minimum film thickness of the integration analysis is compared with the experiment. The results show that the integrated analysis is in good agreement with experimental data, which demonstrate the algo- rithm being available. The influence of the number of roller, effective length of roller and radial clearance on the film thickness and temperature of the elastohydredynamic lubrication is analyzed by numerical algorithm.
