摘　　要：选择国内外5种不同成分的轴承润滑脂,测试ZYS-991防锈油对脂润滑轴承振动值的影响。试验结果表明:填有不同类型润滑脂的轴承,在其沟道滴加ZYS-991防锈油能降低轴承振动值,该防锈油具有普遍的减振效果;由于润滑脂基础油、稠化剂及添加剂不同,在脂润滑轴承中加入ZYS-991防锈油经过储存后轴承振动值会发生变化。Five greases with different components for bearings at home and abroad are chosen to test influence of antirust oil ZYS- 991 on vibration value of grease- lubricated bearings. The experimental results＇ show that the vibration value of bearings filled with different types of lubricating greases can be reduced by adding antirust oil ZYS -991 onto race- way,the antirust oil has universal vibration reduction effect. Because of different types of base oils,thickeners and addi- tives in grease, the vibration value changes after storage by adding antirust oil ZYS -991 in grease -lubricated bearings.
